Return/Exchange Policy For Items Purchased from funkiebaby.com: We take great pride in our products, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase. All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt, products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. All returns must have a return authorization form -NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RA NUMBER plus form. We will credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges). Shipping charges will apply to mail in exchanges. We recommend all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex or Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation. funkie baby is not responsible for packages not received if a viable tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid and we do not accept COD deliveries. Please indicate the reason for the return or exchange and fax to 510-562-1155 or email us at info@funkiebaby.com for information on where you need to send the return and to receive an RA number and form. Once the original item(s) are approved and received at funkie baby, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for funkie baby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
